Commissions
I’m excited to create something for you! If you are confused with how my commission process works, please read some of the most commonly asked questions. You can email me with any other questions you may have!
Are you currently accepting commissions?
Yes! Simply fill out the form below or you can email me at cassiehartworks@gmail.com with a short description of what you’re interested in me creating for you along with a few reference photos and we can begin discussing!
What are your rates?
The minimum rate for commissions begins at $100.00. (For example: A simple one subject portrait drawing on 9x12in paper begins at $100. Placing the subject in a landscape, such as a forest, will affect the price.) Each commission price is unique and there are several factors in which the price may vary such as size, medium, the number of subjects, backgrounds, shipping, etc.
Do you require payments or deposits up front?
Yes! All commissions require at least 50% of the total cost before I begin making the art. The other 50% is due anytime during the commission process. (Shipping is calculated separately upon completion of the artwork and is due at the end of the commission process.) If you are local I will gladly meet you in person to hand deliver your new piece of art!

Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently only shipping in the US. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
What to do if my package is lost?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost mail.
Is shipping artwork safe?
Yes! We strive to package each item very carefully with the most durable packaging supplies. We even take extra precautions with original artwork. Original artwork is also insured while shipping.
